Shipping of your package

Shipping is free for mainland France for any order over 500 euros (including VAT).

For the rest of the world, prices are charged according to a rate that varies depending on the delivery country and the total weight of the order.

The shipping cost is displayed when selecting the delivery country in your cart.

Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs.

Preparation fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile objects.

The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

The delivery time includes the preparation time of the package as well as the delivery time. The average time is 3 days for France, but it is not a strict deadline, and Cyro SARL cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.

Note: If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the order will only be processed upon receipt of payment, and the deadlines will be extended accordingly.

Delivery

Our deliveries depart from our warehouse.
Our goods travel at the recipient's risk. In case of loss or damage, it is up to the client to issue the necessary reservations by noting the number of missing or defective products on the transport receipt and to send us a copy within two business days to protect your rights to a claim. Note, according to Article 105 of the Commercial Code, the statement "subject to verification" has no legal value. All our packages are checked before shipment: it is the recipient’s responsibility to check them upon receipt, including checking the condition of the strapping or adhesive tape.

Defective material received or shipping errors must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving the goods.

Product returns

Conditions:
Any return of defective products must be formally agreed between the seller and the buyer. Any product returned without this agreement will be kept at the buyer's disposal and will not result in the issuance of a credit note.

The costs and risks of returning are always borne by the buyer. No return will be accepted after a period of 15 days following the delivery date.

Returned goods must be accompanied by a return slip affixed to the package and must be in the condition in which the supplier delivered them.

Consequences:
In the event of apparent defect or non-compliance of the delivered products, duly noted by the seller under the conditions provided above, the return accepted by the seller will result in the issuance of a credit note for the buyer, after qualitative and quantitative verification of the returned products, excluding any compensation or damages.
